For reference I measured a single beer bottle cap I made.
Wall Thickness = 0.075"
Bottle Diam. = 2.4"
Bottle Usable Height = 5.5"
Measured C = 0.968 nF
This back calculates a dielectric constant (K) of about 7.
Bottle used was a brown 12oz Bud Select long neck.
